Information about our lodge - and a few things you need to know

The lodge is situated about 1.5 miles from the lovely fishing village of Tarbert Loch Fyne in a small family run site on West Loch Shores. The lodge sleeps 4 comfortably with one double room and a twin room. There is a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. The lodge is well equipped and has digital TV, DVD,ipod dock and music player. There are plenty DVDs and games and a reasonably stocked kitchen with most of the staples you need to get you going during your stay.  All you need is your own bedding, towels and T towels (duvets and pillows are there). A new addition on the site is wireless access to the internet so folk can now bring their laptops. The site Owner charges a small fee for access and this can be purchased at reception.

It is situated next to the start of the forrestry Commission nature walks to Tarbert and Skipness and overlooks the beautiful West Loch. It is close to the ferry terminals if you are interested in visiting the islands of Arran, Gigha, Jura and Islay. It is also well located for accessing walks along the new Kintyre Way.

The lodge is a popular relaxation place for family and friends and is well used all year. This is such a lovely haven of peace and comfort.

Though folk can bring pets please do not let them up on the beds or seating. No smoking is allowed in the lodge and believe me it is noticed  if you have a fly puff !!

Thank you for visiting the site.
